I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a lovely area. The value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. The hotel paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. The location on a hill provided breathtaking views, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and linen provided. I particularly enjoyed the decent-sized terrace, as it provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring that I started each day off on a delicious note.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The view from balkony
We booked the hotel for 3 nights based on fotos from its site and this is what happeed... First tere was no parking and the reception just said we have to park outside anywhere we find a place so we had to wal sometimes under the sun for 5-10 minutes...then the room...it was a spacious room with furnitures from another decade!!! And no colour at al...like a hospial room!!! Though the booking was for 2 bathroom amentities were for 1 and were never replaced after first day...balkony had nice view but the chairs were plastic cheap and worn out. The balkony was not isolated from next room and guess what we faced when came back to room at night....next rooms balkony tat was cornering our was facing to our room and there was an fat old man sleeping and snorring on his couch, so this room was the extencion of the owners apartement and sold it to us for the high season price!!! So we had to have our windows closed the wholetime in th heat of the summer!!! Additionaly the hotel claims to be 200m from the beach that is at least 500-600m uphill that makes coming back from the beach a nightmare and also claims to be 500m from village that is 1000-1200m walking on the main motorway of halkidiki that makes it even dangerous in the middle of the night!!! Last but not least ..there is a beach bar straight downhill in frond of the hotel hat is changng to a rave club at night making difficult notonly to sleep but even to make a conversation when windows open...at the bootom line this is not a hotel but old rooms to let that must cost no more than 30-35 euros per night...

The hotel had a nice pool area with enough sunbeds and a bar that served good snacks and drinks. The views from the balcony were stunning and the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets. The staff were lovely and friendly, making our holiday enjoyable.
The rooms didn't match the photos and were worse than expected, with old and worn-out bathrooms. There was a lack of hot water during certain hours and despite informing reception, nothing was done to fix it.

The room had a door through which I heard everything from the other guest room and is in bad condition.Poor breakfast, every day the same.

It's the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying the scenery. the rooms are comfortable and neat, and some even offer a stunning sea view. the staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist and provide advice on places to visit. the breakfast provided is tasty and offers a variety of options.
The parking area is located outside the hotel, which can be a bit inconvenient with cars. the hotel is built on an incline, which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

The hotel is situated on a hill, providing a great view of the sea, especially from the restaurant balcony. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The facilities, including the swimming pool, were enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the center of the town of Hanioti.
